What to include
- Your name, and the email address or phone number you used on our form.
- Roughly when you sent the form, and your postcode.
- What you'd like: a copy, a correction, or for us to delete it.
- How you'd like us to reply.
Checking it's you
We'll only hand over or change information once we're satisfied the request is yours: how we confirm identity.
Asking us to delete it
How we handle deletion, and any records we have to keep: deletion requests and records we must keep. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
The installer's copy
If an installer took your heat pump job, they hold their own copy of your details. Ask them directly too, because we can't change their records for them.
