Where to send what
- A new heat pump, a service, a repair or a ventilation system: the quote form. We can't quote or diagnose anything ourselves, but an installer who has seen it can.
- Working out what's wrong first: our guides, starting with heat pump not heating or heat pump leaking water.
- Seeing or correcting the details we hold about you: the privacy request page.
- A problem with an installer's work, or with us: the complaints page.
- Stopping our emails: unsubscribe.
- A mistake on one of our pages: email us the page address and what's wrong, as our editorial policy explains.
- An installer wanting jobs: start at for installers.
If something is unsafe right now
We're not an emergency service and can't send anyone out. If a heat pump is smoking or sparking, or water is running near its wiring, turn it off at the switchboard if you can reach it safely, keep away from it, and don't use it again until a registered electrician has looked at it. If there's a fire, call emergency services first.
Our details
Find My Aircon New Zealand is run by Blufire. Legal name, NZBN and postal address: legal entity name, NZBN and postal address.
Phone: whether we take phone calls, and the number. Email has one advantage anyway: you can attach a photo of a quote or a letter, which often saves a back-and-forth.
Before you write
If it's about a job you've already sent, tell us the postcode and roughly when you sent it, so we can find it without asking twice.
Whatever it is, ask. If we're not the right people for it, we'll tell you who is.
