Unsubscribe

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom: use it, and you're off the list. You can also email contact email address from the address you'd like removed. For texts: how to opt out of texts.

How long it takes

Under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, an unsubscribe request takes effect 5 working days after it's made, so allow up to that long. Every commercial message must say who sent it and how to reach them, and its unsubscribe option has to keep working for at least 30 days.

Messages from an installer

Unsubscribing from us doesn't stop messages from the installer who took your heat pump job. They're a separate business, so tell them directly. If they send you marketing emails or texts, those need your consent and an unsubscribe option of their own.

If our messages keep arriving after 5 working days, tell us on the contact page, with the address or number they're going to.
